Fuel Optimiser Why Fuel Optimiser

There are several reasons why we claim Fuel Optimiser outmatches our competitorsīproducts. They are as follows:
1.- Size, lOur competitorsīdevices are 40% wider, 40.5% longer and 12.5% higher. Modern gas engine pipes are too close to each other, which in many cases makes the installation of the devices difficult if these are too large. It may even be impossible to install them.

The problem may be worse with diesel engines, especially those with an engine capacity over 3000 cc since in those cases, where the pipes are too small and too close, it shall be necessary to install one device per cylinder.

The following figure shows how close the pipes can be in a regular engine.

2.- Quality of the Magnets: Our state-of-the-art magnets are imported, made of neodymium. These magnets are used in high tech loudspeakers and audio headphones as they weigh a tenth of what those made of ferrite do. Our magnets have a maximum flux density around 255% higher than the magnets our competitors commercialize, which are low priced ceramic magnets. Test carried out in a 13 mm outside diameter pipe.

3.- Action Surface of the Devices: The figure shows a competitorsīdevice. The fuel pipe is in the center. The magnets are around 32 mm wide, the outside diameter of the pipe is 14 mm, and the hole for the flow of fuel is around 8mm. The magnetic flux lines can be seen, but only 8mm of the magnet width are used. That is the width of the duct where the fuel flows. The rest is wasted. Fuel pipes outise diameter is usually around 6mm to 12mm, especially in some diesel engines.

Fuel Optimiser features a 25.5 mm long by 9.5 mm wide neodyminum magnet. As the figure shows, almost all the magnetic flux lines are concentrated in the fuel flow duct. Thus, all the magnet energy affects the fuel. That is to say 255% more flux lines affect the fuel.

4.- Fuel Optimiser Costs: It is only necessary to do a market research study to decide that our devices, even though they are manufactured with imported neodymium, have the most competitive price. This can be achieved through our own effort and because we are eager to reach as many people as possible by selling them at the lowest price.

5.- Other Benefits:

a) Fuel Optimiser is completely enclosed in a capsule. The magnets are insulated, which constitutes a benefit.

b) The energy of Fuel Optimiser can be compared to the energy of our competitorsī devices by trying to separate both halves of the device. It is clear that the coercive intensity of Fuel Optimiser is higher.
