Fuel Optimiser Where to install it

1.- Cars or trucks gas engines with carburators: They are installed the closest to the carburator. Install one up to 2,500 cc. Install 2 Fuel Optimisers in a 2,500 cc or larger engine. Install one next to each other by rotating them 90º.

Gas engines that fall under 2,500 cc.
Gas engines that fall above the 2,500 cc capacity

2.- Car gas engines with multipoint injection below 2,500 cc:

3.- Diesel engines with electronic injection above 3,000 cc: In the example figure, it can be seen that 4 Fuel Optimisers have been installed in the line that reaches the injectors ramp. One Fuel Optimiser is also fitted at the injection pump inlet. In many cases, the ramp is very close to the engine and in other cases it is located inside the block.

4.- Diesel engines with mechanical injection above 3,000 cc:

Important: If the fuel pipe is lined with a wire mesh, it is difficult for the magnetic field to go through the pipe. Thus, the devices are assembled in a pipe which may be made of copper, aluminum or steel. The pipe is cut and the ends of the device are fitted into the lined pipe with two clamps. The figure shows the how the pipe looks after the device has been fitted.

5- Diesel engines that use the monitoring Vigia system
It is advisable to make a previous adjustment to the pipe that links the diesel filter to the injection pump in engines protected by the Vigía system. That is the pipe where the Vigía device is fitted.

Please, follow these recommendations:

1.- The Vigía device should be as close to the filters as possible in order to distance the effect of the electrically-operated valve from the FUEL OPTIMISER magnetic field.

2.- Since the pipe that joins the Vigía device has variable diameters, which can be very large
and diminish the magnetic field effects, it is advisable to fit the
FUEL OPTIMISER on a 6 to 8 mm of diameter and 15 cm long iron pipe as close to the injection pump as possible. This arrangement enhances the effectiveness of the devices.
